Chris has had extensive external audit experience both locally and with international audit firm Ernst & Young. Chris has worked solely in audit at Coffey Hunt since 1990 providing audit services to listed, disclosing and non-listed public entities. He has worked with financial institutions, a wide range of private industries, real estate and solicitor trust accounts, as well as, not-for-profit associations.

Mark started with Coffey Hunt in 1999 after 3 years in Melbourne and has extensive experience in public practice, and during this time he has been working with clients from a wide range of business sectors. He has provided assistance in areas including taxation advice including specialist advice on capital gains tax, superannuation, tax compliance, business management advice, and tax effective structuring and exit strategies. Mark also has extensive experience in assisting new business owners to grow their business from the initial start-up phase through to maturity.

STEVE MARRIS – CA

Since 1994, Steve has been providing taxation and accounting advice. Steve spends a lot of his time assisting our high net worth clients in dealing with the taxation and succession planning ramifications of their current business and superannuation structures. He provides advice in family business planning, the small business capital gains tax concessions, entity restructuring, financial management and improvement, and estate planning. Garry was born and raised in Warrnambool and after working for ten years in Melbourne, he returned to South West region. Garry has now established a dairy industry reputation and provides specialist “on farm” accounting and rural management services to primary producers. He provides a full range of primary production services including taxation, financial accounts, budgeting, BAS and PAYG compliance and farm performance analysis. Narelle is a certified internal auditor and provides audit and assurance services to a number of public, disclosing, private and not-for-profit organisations.
